DB and trinity freezing!

Hello,
I had alot of problems with DB+windows 7 so i switched to win 10.
Almost perfect since 3-4 days...but sometimes when opening trinity>config is taking 2-4 minutes to open that configuration window, time when the entiere DB is freezed. Is this normal?
