Lazy Raider OFF -> 15 ticks

Yeah, performance is great again. I had no idea Lazy Raider would kill performance so badly. :S

Plugins> Trinity > Advanced tab> under Misc Settings uncheck Lazy raider Click to pause..

Altho it does fix most the FPS issues there are still issues
