DB .215 Crashes D3 After Routine Selection

I did a fresh install of DB.215 all looks good, select routine and D3 crashes. Any suggestions?

Then D3 Crashes.

Tried that, it didn't work either. Fresh install, new routine, no plugins, tried Belph and Generic both doing the same thing.

the log above is from a fresh clean installation?
 
Nope, that does the same thing, clean install used no trash rules, no plugins and a combat profile I made awhile back that worked fine before. As stated before, once I choose Belph D3 shuts down with an error message and DB shuts down.

what profile are you trying to use?
 
That's better but, it still crashes. Everytime you leave the game D3 crashes and DB dosen't shut down like it used to but in order to get DB to work again you have to shut down DB and restart it in game and not at menu, if you start DB at menu the game will crash, if you start in game you are fine till you leave game.
