Are you sure? because Im getting ported befor I get to where that other guy was in the video :[ ?
 
Walk like he walks!!!!! It works if you walk far out in the sea not close to the shore !! :)))
 
Yea, you have to be out away from the rocks... If you go a hair too close to either the rocks or Uldum, you'll get ported. The trick is to find just the right spot.
I've done this standing in Dragonblight, fishing in Wintergrasp so I wouldn't get ported out when the battle started.
 
You guys think We will make a killing off selling this stuff?
 
LOTS of people will make a huge drive to level up their cooking, selling the fish the day or several days after Cat comes out will bring a windfall!!

WOTLK release I fished for 2 days right after release and made 15k, so I'm guessing this will pay off aswel :), works like a charm.
 
Mr Fishit (standalone) has been updated, use that while waiting for HB.

EDIT: Just crashes for me :( Rebooting to see if that helps.

EDIT: reboot didn't fix it, no log either :( Win7 64 bit, just throws an exception.

I would like to use this except my account is currently a level 1 fisher. So what do you recommend i do to level fast? also how long would it take me and do you reckon it'll be worth it i'll only be fishing to utilize this bug anyhow.

Just go there, fishing just scales as you go, it is not dependant on skill or zones anymore, when you get to 450 you will be catching the new fish.

cant just go there... need to train fishing at 75/150/225/300/375

i am 450 fishing using a +30 pole and i was still getting vendor trash sometimes....
 
got this working good atm, fishing up the new cata fish along with old world fish and some junk.

I really wish this did not require water walking. only had about 10 pots and the ones on the AH are 50g each =(
 
someone on my server is already selling all the fish and the water for 5g each.. good job pal, you could get 4x that easy... *sigh*
 
So you guys plan on farming on your mains instead of leveling? I mean like the first week of cata

Have you installed the C++ requirement? Mine didn't work either until I did this (assuming you are on about the stand alone version)

First thing I'd do is see if there's any others on the AH and go from there. 100g per stack seems cheap if you're the first, I'd try for 500g and put it up for 12hrs, can always reduce it slowly.

Murglesnout has no current use, perhaps it will be introduced in a patch. Whilst there's none on our AH, I'm going to stick a few on just incase I get a sale or two :D Other than that, I'm going to stick some in the bank just in case and just vendor any left.

edit: Maybe 500g per stack is a bit much, certainly 100g is too low. Perhaps stack in 5's or 10's to make it look cheaper?
