Day 3 with HB Problems

Right...

The update has again screwed it up, I'm reading posts and some of you are having the same issues as myself and some of you are having no problems.

Is there a fix to be implamented?

After being asked for to Update HB this morning...i just done a fresh install from the Site as 9/10 times that's the recommended way, but nope. No bots are working for mine in the sense that it loads the profile and nothing, just stops idle.

Any ideas guys?
 
Yeah this is a problem for me as well. my bot won't even start. I'm reading there was a virus in one of the versions released yesterday or something? I'm not posting a log because it's the same problem 19 other people are having. And they posted their logs. I did like 10 fresh installs. its broken

*edit* is there not a way to test a version before its released, for viruses? this is not the first time this has happened in the short time i've been using honorbuddy

I always have 2 versions on my comp one to test the new releases and one i constantly use i only update the last one when the test version works like it sould. that way i never have any problems when an update is screwed up :)

Hi Tony,

Ever thought of putting a 'breaking news' box on the forum, or even adding a news section to the website.

I'm sure there are many professional web developers within the HB community (myself included) that would gladly contribute towards the effort, and that a 'news' source or simply an update on versions would be gladly received by many users new and old.

I agree Tony,

This would be a way forward and would definitely see me checking out the news every now and then.
 
the updater informed all the users about the downgrade
