Item Rules 2 and D3 RU

Hey guys,
i was experimenting with some custom loot rules, but i noticed something strange. The bot would sell some of the legendary stuff even tho i am using a soft rule (AKA just the name of the item). As i was smashing my head against the desk, i thought of the names. Since i am using russian clients (price, you know) all the names (of items etc) are in russian. Is this what's breaking my loot rules? Thnx

I know they are localized,since the russian names of items pop up in the Trinity stash log. What i'd like to know is, whether or not i will be able to solve the problem by simply changing the names in the (for example) legendaries.dis file to the correct russian names?

Yes. This has been part of Darkfiend77's 2 months ago... When I checked that thread yesterday I realized that he doesnt provide any more RU rules. Someone knows the reason for this?

Is this the only thing I need to alter when using russian client?

Yeah, it works now. For sure. However, it seems to keep all legendaries now. I am looking into it, also im sure ezpwnd knows what's actually wrong. But it works, which is very very nice

Edit: I figured out what is wrong. The version of loot rules ezpwnd kindly attached for us to use, is kinda outdated. Apparently this causes some issue (i am using it right now on latest DB beta + trinity .13). So in order to make it work correctly, you got to copy all the russian names from ezpwnd's file and paste them in your desired legendaries file, replacing the existing english item names. Tested it and it works correctly. Be careful if doing that yourself, paste the item names INSIDE the quotes, keeping everything but the name itself intact.

I am starting to do it right now, so i will upload mine when it is ready. Figured there is no need for everyone to do it on their own. So check this topic in couple of hours (or tomorrow).

I figure the lootrules are the same for Trinity .13 and .16?

Okay now, i must say that i am not quite sure whether these will work perfectly in .16 Trinity, but i THINK they should be working just fine. That said, i checked those two versions of DF77's loot rules (in .13 and .16) and they are different. .13 has the .35 revision and .16 has .45(if i remember correctly).. Afaik, the difference is in the place of pickup.dis file, but i might be wrong. Correct me if that's the case.

I have modified the rules slightly, according to my own taste for items ;P so check that out. and ENJOY

I got the last db and glies trinity, nothing else, what do I need to change?

I edited the "medium" rules, but i think it's better to use the rare's .dis file from the soft rules. At least that's what i am doing

Don't you get an awful lot of trash then? I figure it would take some time to sort out trash in russian
