[PAID] Daily Studio: Legion World Quests and Treasures

Is anyone else getting stuck here? Ive even completed all the surrounding WQ's and went to every single different zone and whenever i start the bot, it just runs back here and stands there. if i try to move, it runs right back and stands there.

First of all, nice product. However, after the last WoW update I am getting Bot Stopping, Reason: All Done about every other World Quest despite checking the settings to have bot stop after All Quests completed...

Please run the free 1-110 questing profile from Bossland in the Stormheim zone so that the NPC shows up.

I would like to see a log with that message and screenshots of your world quest settings.

I think the smart choice is to actually complete all the quests in all the Legion zones if your intent is to do as many world quests as you can. Completing story quests unlocks new world quests for your character.

The fix for this issue would be for me to play through Stormheim by hand with both factions and travel to all possible Vethir locations after each quest to check where he is at that point. Then add checks for all those quests to the profile so that the profile knows where Vethir is at any given point. But putting in 2-3 full days of work for a single world quest seems to be unreasonable when the benefits of customers running a free profile for a few hours outweigh the time investment on their part. I might add a custom lock to that profile, but that would mean some people will not get to run this quest ever since won't notice it locking or they don't know why, So far, out of thousands of customers I have only had this issue come up like half a dozen times in the last 9 months.

First off, i love this.

Ok, let me say, the studio/world quest run, but even if i have it saved to using AP items in a certain spec, it just uses them as soon as it gets them, even if i am not in the spec i have in settings...

Could you please take a look, if not already fixed in newest update.

Could you maybe provide a log for that? There is a specialization check in place and I would have to see what I am up against here.

This is a world quest request and not a Studio Companion request. ;-) So I will reply in this thread to keep the conversation in the correct channel.

Sadly, it is not as simple as adding a landing maneuver. You have to consider that it is impossible to know from which side a character enters a specific world quest area. The profile moves into the area from whatever side and then stops the travel to complete the quest.
If I were to add a "Land and Dismount" at the location, there is a good chance, the bot would land on a random ledge it can not get down from. This would lead to so many stucks. The other option would be to force the bot into the start location on every single quest.
That would make world quests runs a lot longer since the bot will often have to run by the quest mobs it is supposed to kill and quest items it is supposed to gather..

What I want do to however is see a log. If the bot hovers and does nothing, then it is either a HB issue or a profile issue. And to be honest: I would much rather have Bossland fix a general bug than manually spend the next 2 months adding workarounds to over 1000 of my profiles.

Zipping text files is a viable option and yields huge compression gains. I can't really do anything with this reply without having a full log. All this tells me is "there is an issue somewhere with something". :-)

From what I am seeing this would also belong into the mesh support thread. But trust me when I say this: They will delete your post if you don't provide a full log. :-)

Best buddy purchase yet! Question, I see it can run raids. Is there a way to make a list of chores for the bot. Like make it run a few raids then run some wqs then back to raids, or make it run a specific set of raids without having to tell it one at a time?

Glad that you like it. :-) Raids, however, are separate products not part of the daily and world quest products. You can set up the raids you want in the StudioPlanner which is a part of the free Studio Companion and it will run them in the order you want. There is however currently a bug I have to iron out otherwise it may crash while switching between raids. I am already on it though. Mixing it with world quests is currently not in the cards. It might become part of the product with the new job system I have in development though.
