[PAID] Daily Studio: Legion World Quests and Treasures

I would like to take a moment to leave a general statement in here:

As many of you were able to grasp from my announcement on my Discord chat and from my forum signature, I was taking a week off over my birthday. As someone who frequently pulls more than 80 hours per week there are times when this is absolutely necessary so that I can function as a human being. And in general I offer some of the best products on the entire store and also some of the best support. I spent over two years on the store working on my reputation and I have every intention to up my game even further. Many store developers have left in that time, especially after banwaves and left people that payed for their products out in the cold. I have always stuck around.

But judging from some of the forum messages and also from some of the meaner private messages I got during the last week, some of you feel your world quest purchase entitles you to receive 24/7 support on 365 days a year. I would like to quote one in here:

If you not working on product anymore, I want my money back. You way to expensive anyhow. Broken for three days now. How can call yourself good developer. Get other job. Alisha and others better then you. Where get refund! This shit is shit.

So that guy apparently payed 18 bucks (of which I get to keep 6 after Bossland's cut and taxes). That means he payed me less than the hourly minimum wage in my country and fully believes he bought a slave. If you are reading this and also feel like you own me with your purchase, then please don't buy from me. My products are very good and have been that way for a long time. But I am beyond that point where I want to work with customers that don't even know how to communicate in a nice way. I am a really good guy and I love this job and most of my customers, but if you behave like an asshole, I won't be nice to you.

Please always keep in mind that this whole "Studio60" thing is one guy creating stuff, because he loves it. There is not much more to it. And that guy has some awesome plans for botting in the future. But from now on he will only share it with people that play nice. :-)

With that being sad: I am glad to be back and will try to fix the world quest group finder issue today or tomorrow and then ask the Bossland staff for a quick approval. Have a great weekend everyone.

I'm having some challenge with The WQGF
I guess because they upgrade the addon, when the bot start a WQ it doesn't look for any grp.

My character likes to run loops around vendors (I have flying), It also goes to the vendor after each world quest is done. Unusable for me right now :((

I will submit a fix for the WQGF today. I was unexpectedly hospitalized and had no way of leaving a status on the forums. Sorry.

I assume this is a core or singular issue. The profiles should not care about that. It is possible that you move too fast and lose the connection to the HB navigation server. I could probably tell if I had a log. But the outcome would be the same, you would have to ask Bossland to address this.

There are specific issues with navigating to indoors vendors while flying outside. Bossland has to fix those on a case by case basis and they have to be reported to their navigation thread: https://www.thebuddyforum.com/threads/navigation-mesh-errors-and-problems-post-them-here.10827/

Regarding the constant vendoring please check the setting for vendoring in the world quest window especially the number of minumum spaces available at which point the bot does a vendor run. If the solution is not an incorrect setting please leave a log so I can take a look.
 
Version 1.0.170511.1 of Daily Studio: Legion World Quests and Treasures has been submitted to the store. The changes will become available once the update has been approved.

Oh i am very sorry, thanks for pointing out them settings. I have ADHD so i tend to glide over things a lot, i checked the settings before but could not find any bag settings there since it's in the WQ tab instead of Vendoring section. Glad to see the flying vendor has been improved and an update is coming! Thanks a lot for your hard work

Bit of a noob question here: How do i know once it is approved and how can i check what current version I have / How does it update?

Also found a bug with Shock Absorber WQ (The one where you have to sit in the dragons lightning to charge it up), it just circled around into highmountan, when it comes back eventually it ends up just killing the dragon and you only get one tick of charge, the quest would probably take 1-2 hours to complete this way

Champions of Elune WQ Bug:
When it tries to enter the area after talking to the leaf NPC it just auto exits, paused bot and tried it without and it loaded in fine. After loading in i resumed the bot and it does not use any abilities on the Bear or attack. I blacklisted this WQ so it won't do it, and the bot keeps running back too it and standing there doing nothing...

The Parts where you prioritise AP over others, or prioritising legion invasions over other quests, or prioritising only zones, seems not to work, or at least not work if you've completed any kind of objective on that quest is what i'm noticing. It will fly all the way to highmountain because i completed an objective on a quest there, from azsuna. I've tried the prioritising all independently of each other also... blacklisting that quest did not help either

I have the PVP Tower quests enabled, however it doesn't do these still
Legion Invasion seems to not do the scenario
and also does not do WQGF (well world quests where you just kill 1 guy)

A lot of issues. :-) I hope the conversation doesn't get muddled. I'll try to address them in order:

1. You can check the update status on the store page for each product. There is a "Changelog History" with the latest approved updates. Link To: World Quest Product Page
2. Shock Absorber is a navigational issue where the bot can't seem to find a way to the cave. Navigation errors should be reported to Bossland since they have to fix them in the core. I can try to add workarounds where possible, but it is always better to get the root of an issue. Link To: Navigation Support Thread
3. Champions of Elune is afaik a quest where the bot leaves the special form unless it picks the right one. Only the one that does the most damage is coded. I can't really say more without seeing a log which is a good idea in general to provide. That way we avoid a lengthy back and forth, get stuff sorted out faster and both save time (Guide: How to Attach your Log).
4. The order should work. It is mostly a matter of understanding how the settings work. It can be difficult to understand the weighting of the options. If you post a screenshot of your priorities I can try to make sense of it.
5. PVP Tower quests are only done if you also enable the priority for PvP quests. This options is set to "Never" by default
6. Legion Invasion will not do the scenario. Coding group content is difficult and the legion ships are generally not meshed by Bossland so the bot could not navigate on them so I can not code them even if I wanted to.
7. WQGF support has a fix that I submitted yesterday. But it is a fix for the Studio Companion plugin and it has not yet been approved.

I'm not sure if anyone has put this out there, but as I was watching it do the
Withered Wrangling: Falanaar world quest in Suramar, I noticed that it attempts to re-cast on the already targeted withered walking away before they disappear. Just something I noticed while observing it.

I'll try to keep that in mind when I revamp the quests, which is going to start pretty soon.
 
Have you ever considered developing a Chinese interface?
We do not often use English, the interface a lot of information can not read. I've learned that many players use your scripts in China, and most of them don't speak English well. I hope you will consider this proposal. Thank you
