I would like to take a moment to leave a general statement in here:
As many of you were able to grasp from my announcement on my Discord chat and from my forum signature, I was taking a week off over my birthday. As someone who frequently pulls more than 80 hours per week there are times when this is absolutely necessary so that I can function as a human being. And in general I offer some of the best products on the entire store and also some of the best support. I spent over two years on the store working on my reputation and I have every intention to up my game even further. Many store developers have left in that time, especially after banwaves and left people that payed for their products out in the cold. I have always stuck around.
But judging from some of the forum messages and also from some of the meaner private messages I got during the last week, some of you feel your world quest purchase entitles you to receive 24/7 support on 365 days a year. I would like to quote one in here:
So that guy apparently payed 18 bucks (of which I get to keep 6 after Bossland's cut and taxes). That means he payed me less than the hourly minimum wage in my country and fully believes he bought a slave. If you are reading this and also feel like you own me with your purchase, then please don't buy from me. My products are very good and have been that way for a long time. But I am beyond that point where I want to work with customers that don't even know how to communicate in a nice way. I am a really good guy and I love this job and most of my customers, but if you behave like an asshole, I won't be nice to you.
Please always keep in mind that this whole "Studio60" thing is one guy creating stuff, because he loves it. There is not much more to it. And that guy has some awesome plans for botting in the future.
