D3 What items sell on RMAH?

Been doing some research for a few days now checking the auction house for items that would sell for 50EUR+ and was wondering if anyone of you guys could give me some input regarding items that sell on RMAH. I think about stats on items and weapons etc.

I have sold some items, but it is quite random what sells or not :S
