D3: Using InnerSpace/ISBoxer only saves HDD space but Increases CPU/GPU/RAM Load?

Using InnerSpace/ISBoxer here on Diablo 3 with a I7-950, 24GB DDR3 RAM, 1GB GTX460 and Intel 120GB SSD.

Before InnerSpace/ISBoxer, Each Window used:
Negligible GPU %
12% CPU
568,000KB RAM


After InnerSpace/ISBoxer, Each Window used:
10 GPU %
14% CPU
668,000KB RAM
Load time increases by 3 sec per window.

Doesn't seem to offer the same improvements as it did to SWTOR.

anyone else tried running a few d3 with innerspace? I'm running 2 atm but I can't see any difference with/without innerspace
