D3 Stops responding

So I installed a fresh Copy of D3 and got the new DB and loaded up a profile everything runs smooth but eventually at one point the game just stops responding.



Im using the latest DB with Radsatom 1.5.1 and Giles Trinity 1.6.3.4 i am using Galkaizer act 3 profiles

updated with full log i had to zip it file was too large

disable RadsAtom's inactivity timer and also update Trinity to the latest version
