D3 slow down once Demmonbudy is open

Im having problems with Demmonbuddy slowing down my d3. Once demonbuddy is running my D3 gets very slow (video), if i manually move is ok, but when db is moving my character, the game gets very very slow.
- Already made a fresh instal
- tested many different version
- My video option is the same from one topic here in forum
- using full screen (windowed) with R-yar

I tried many things but nothing seem to make it better.
Does anybody could help -me ? any idea ?
 
What are your FPS settings? Also, are you running many background programs?
 
Im using all the video setting low. Im not running any background programs.
just bought a new video card GTX 750, using newest nvidia driver, and latest directx.

I don´t really understand why its happening this.

I'm having the same issue too, the game gets lagging (like 15fps) only when DB turns on, when I click pause it went back to 70 fps+, I'm using GTX560 and i5 2.8, definitely not hardware issues

I use to have the same problem with my GTX 780 Ti, but i think i fixed it a couple of days ago, i fixed it by messing with the settings. Make sure that the windows is made the smallest it is possible.

I guess some firewall issues causing lag

Yes, it is. It shows this message but trinity is activate right after.
Fixed the problem. Just cleaned the processor fan and now computer is faster than ever.
