D3 screen freezes while playing another game

I am no computer genius so I will try to explain as close as possible.

What happens:
While playing Rome Total War 2 (in windows mode), my D3 screen (also in windows mode fullscreen) will freeze. My bot however will continue to bot, kill mobs for me, grab loot etc.
After letting my bot do its work for two hours, I confirmed that even though my D3 screen is frozen, my bot and my diablo will continue to grind mobs and pick up loot.

I tried using both demon buddy beta and regular.

If I am not botting, diablo 3 will not freeze.

I did some research on it, but cannot find any good results. Some results that popped up might be with regards vsync errors of some sort.
I have vsync unticked and all the graphics settings (model, texture, shadow to the lowest on both games)

My nvidia 760T graphics card driver is up to date.

I do not have this problem while playing other games such as dota(fullscreen) or wow (honorbuddy, windows mode).

Does anyone know on a fix to this? Maybe a graphics tweak or a settings tweak?

I have the same issue. Mine seems to continue playing for a time but then I will return and be sitting at the log in screen(once I unfreeze the screen), and this did not occur when this freeze was not happening. I do not use any reloggers.

I have two monitors, diablo 3 is ran in windowed fullscreen on the main monitor. I have a GTX 660 TI.
 
hmm..we will check if has something to do with DB or its D3 itself

My bot always stops at this image. I am running three musketeers, ghom. This point of time is after I kill ghom, town portal back to town, and leave the game. The instant I leave the game, the D3 gets stuck like this. However, the bot is still running.
I intentionally added my demonbuddy and took the screenshot to prove that my bot is still running. You can tell on the lower left of the DB that it is attacking Ghom, while the screen is frozen.

Yup, it still exists with newest buddy + trinity 1.9.1. I havn't tried the newest beta though

i have 3 monitors, moving the d3 window to another one usually fixes the freeze
 
mines doing the same but i usually last about 3-5 mins before it freezes, i have intel core i7 4770k 16 gig ram...radeon r9 290x video card...ran perfect for last two days now today it freezes non stop...it eventually will unfreeze but im not sure whats going on.

Any update on this? I am experiencing exactly the same thing, and screen always freezes at the same place like the screenshot but game continues to play :( Only happens when botting
