D3 is constantly stuttering while boting only

When I bot on d3, it constantly stutters, I've tried all kinds of graphic options. Still no luck

wtf do I do to fix this? It only stutters while botting, I can play d3 all day myself with 0 stutters.

Go to the "reduce cpu usage" link in my sig. Do that stuff.

When you run D3, go to task manager, go to the processes tab, right click D3 and go to priority, click high instead of normal.

That doesn't help me. I already have 20-30% usage if not less while botting
