D3 crashing a lot more since patch

So...
Since the update ive been getting a LOT of game crashes..
- It crashed every now and then before the patch but most of the time I could run all day without it crashing.
- Since the patch I cant do more than 3-4 regular rifts without the game crashing.
- sometimes it will crash even with DB paused and im sitting in town.
- I played manually for 12 hours straight on launch day without a single crash.

Ive tried release and beta versions.
Always a clean install and currently running no plugins other than trinity and quest tools.
Only trying to run the rift bot which seems to be working for most other people.
Constant ping of around 80ms
Low gfx
used task manager to kill all non-essential tasks.

I just turned the TPS value down a bit and restarted it.
I will post a log when it crashes again.

Just crashed.. I was watching it and didnt see anything out of the ordinary.. It was going along fine and then it just closed..
