D3 Crashes

I am currently playing on 3 separate D3/DB accounts, I am just wondering if anyone else has the same problem as me. The 3 accounts work fine in single rifts but when i set them up to use Autofollow plugin it crashes one of the d3 accounts usually after every 1 rift, then the second account after a second rift, I have used simplefollow and this worked without any crashes, im not sure if this is the correct place to post this thread just wondering if anyone has had this same problem i am having thnx.View attachment 7960 2016-01-17 05.49.zip
