D3 crash during running rifts

when i run rift profile D3 froze somewhat time
key farm and bounty were fine
i have tried reinstall diablo3, remove d3 mpq cache folder and still same problem.
plz give me an advise to resolve this problem

tried different rift profile and still have same issue. d3 froze when after kill rift gaurdian and back to the town

clear your D3 mpq cache folders plz

i cleared it but still had same problem and now d3 automatically update it

question about mpq cache folder:

I delete the whole folder

Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs\Cache

or only

Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs\Cache\enGB

?

you must delete the contents of the subfolder(s) under \MPQs\Cache

Update your version of Trinity and QuestTools. Try that and let me know
