This is just my opinion and I have been looking into designing CC's too and have made little progress, but to those who are making them or that are able to, it would be awesome if we could get rid of all the outdated broken, or otherwise no good CC's, as I do appreciate all of everyone's great work there are only a few that work flawlessly and even then, they only work for one situation, for instance the Iloveanimals, UltimatePallyhealer/priest are great CC's but are optimized for PVE, so in a way i feel like the dev's need to ask or assign certain people to certain ones in all 3 situations, PVP,PVE, Leveling.
If anyone can help me in starting to design CC's then i would gladly take on the task of helping, but we really need to make progress on this section IMO.
