Currently fastest char for lvling 1-90 via Kicks Quests?

Would appreciate if someone that has tryed out various classes for leveling lately could post which he thought went fastest and smoothest. Or if someone that leveled up felt like the class he choose had quite poor effectivness.

Im mostly interested to lvl up through Kick's quest profiles.

well dk' has a huge leg up considering they start at 58.. lol
