Current State of HB? (Question)

Hello friends! So I know about the recent ban wave, my bot account got caught in it!
So, I've not been using HB ever since, I know it is never safe but what I am wondering is if you
think I should take the risk to use it once again or not.

I am only going to be using it for questing, not for pvp or anything else.

I just wish to hear your opinions!

It's as safe as it was before - which is only risky if you use it on a valuable account.

I didn't get caught in the banwave - because I stopped playing just before WoD release.
I came back to WoW last week and have successfully used questbot to lvl 3 chars 90-100. And some dungeonbuddy to get gear.
Basically only leaving the bot on in the hours that i'm awake, and turning it off as I go to bed.
Probably won't be using it to bot PvP, I think that is the most dangerous at the moment. All it takes is 1 player to report.
