Greetings,
We're aware of issues that affect users where tanks simply don't show up in TankLeader at all. This is caused by game's migration to DirectX 11, and by the looks of it, a very interesting implementation thereof.
For short, we interact with the game by using one of their engine's functions. For DirectX 9, this was EndScene, and all was well. For DirectX11, it's a different function, and because of the way Wargaming appears to have implemented their DirectX 11, the main function that's responsible for rendering the game doesn't appear to get called by the game at all. That's highly unusual, and forces us to look for alternatives, or dig deeper into the game's engine to figure out why it's not being called. We're currently doing the latter, but that does mean we'll require some time to get the bot back up and working.
However, from what I can tell, on some machines, the function does get called about half the time. That means restarting both WoT and TL can sometimes result in the bot working. Make sure you're in the garage and none of the promotional windows are up (the ones that tell you to spend 50$ in the premium shop), and start the bot. If the current tank's name shows up, it's all good.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but rest assured we're working round the clock to get the bot back up and working.
Of course, your keys will be compensated for the down time.
