CSC.exe Stopped working + bot not doing anything at times

Hi!
So when ever i try to start honorbuddy it immediately crashes and i get a error box saying "csc.exe" stopped working this is a somewhat fresh install of windows 10
so i might be missing some key features that honorbuddy needs to run.

also im currently lvl 108, but when ever i tried to start honorbuddy before it would just not do anything thing at all when trying to run 100-110

disable store streaming (except lvling profile) and also clear your cache plz

Nope that did not work, thing is it crashes almost directly after i start honorbuddy, i dont even have to press login

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart

So iv'e been away for a few days,
Eventually i just formated the whole computer, seeing as the net frame issue didnt want to go away.
