That could work, only problem is that i wanna use it on my own and not every time i come out of an arena game when using CR.

Look through the CR, bot or plugin and search for a setting that you can disable the use of this item. It more than likely will be a plugin.

Almost sure you have Brodies plugin installed and activated. Disabled this and it should work.
