when the option of waiting for convention is on, bombardment will wait to cast but when it does, iron skin and concrestation will not cast with it nor cast at any point in battle, unless low heath proc it, also Arakat champion cast right away instead of after bombardment for rune cool-down, is this a problem with everyone?
