T5 now at 6- 10 secs @ 52 - 58 GPH: Crusader - Game Guide - Diablo III

i get 57-60gph and it takes me 10+ seconds per kill.

Anyone know how you can get Provoke to cast below 60 or 70 wrath? Seems a waste to have it cast on full wrath.

Akarats - Fire starter
Heaven's Fury - Ascend

130 Fire% 40% elite dmg.

also using the legendary 2h 'The Furnace'

Confirmed, just tried it out with %111 fire dmg and %44 elite dmg. brings it down in 9-10 seconds.
