It does, i'm using it with a 56,5% CDR build and it runs awesome.

Stats by Slot (Crusader Ask-A-Q Supplement) - Forums - Diablo III for some stats for each item if tat helps anyone, I'mm trying to build with those in mind.

What a load of shit the RNG is, spent 400 shards on a shield, got 5 legs, spent nearly 10000 shards pre patch on a mojo for my WD and got 1 leg all that time. PS, all the shields were shit

This doesn't proc with the ponies apparently ?? try pain enhancer instead.

Picked up a baleful today, funny watching all of those little Akarat's running around dealing out damage everywhere Matched with a Unrelenting Phalanx and Eternal union, it's a good DPS combo.
