Cross faction arbitrage - is it dangerous? Any bans for it?

Does Blizzard monitor low-price deals on Neutral AH? Many deals with same characters?
I have read that this can cause deleting all your gold and items, but not ban?
Also, do you know, if having characters on 5-10 realms at single acc and switching between them 5-10 times an hour is flagged?

P.S. Anybody who have experience cross faction arbitrage, what difficulties you had implementing it?

1, yea I think they do I think they use scripts for that that's why you need to wwait 1hour before you will get your money in your mailbox.
2, you mean rollbacks? I have heard it before but or they don't do it or they do it rarely

I don't see why you would get banned for this, I traded well over 2 million gold between my servers factions just because the gold price on the other faction was so much better (even with -15% on my gold). I also transfered around 1k golden lotus and 4k starlight inks in the past week. When I started out with making gold in cataclysm I had this little business making profession kits (without botting, just buying from AH) and I bought countless materials from the other faction and transfered it. I think i sold around 70 profession kits in 3 months and 75% of my mats where bought from the other factions auction house.

For the second question, nobody can tell for sure. But I doubt this will get you flagged, that's just paranoid.

It's rare but yes, good money since ppl pay through the nose for quick 1-525 package, people buy from AH and spend over 5k so I'm guessing you're allowed to buy items...
