Its a pain in the ass but possible if you "steal" code from alot of already existing cc's and change them to fit your needs but thats just lame. ;>

It sure is.
I'd wait a bit and then have a look at other already created CCs.
That's how I started, thanks to Handnavi - I was able to create a protection paladin lazyraider cc

if you don't know ANYTHING about programming at all, i would start with this guide.

I made decent cc by stealth all the code from great CC writer like Stormchasing, Dagradt, handnavi...

All you have to know is to understand the basic programming stuff like (If - Else If - Else) (foreach) (for)

So i think it's possible (but it take time, you can't make good cc from week #1)

PS:

Tip #1: Start by making simple dps CC
Tip #2: Don't look at Singular or CLU for code, it's too complicated for starter.
