Crashing on start

"Could not load file or assembly 'fasmdll_manag.dll' or one of its dependencies." This is the error tried to restart both WoW and HB even pc. Tried running HB as admin but nothing. Anyone had this issue and solved it or could help me ? This error pops up everytime I try to log in HB and access to auth server and crashes HB

Also reinstalled HB couple times btw

There might be a problem with .NET Framework or C++ Redistributable.

Please follow these instructions exactly.

Uninstall ALL .NET Frameworks
Uninstall ALL C++ Redistributables
Restart your PC
Run this tool as ADMINISTRATOR - Honorbuddy Wizard

Hopefully this fixes the problem.
