Crashing almost immediately after starting

Log attached. I'm three days in to my 7 day trial, but this is and has been totally unusable. How do I have my time compensated?

It looks like the bot is working. What is unusable? I would also try selecting some other routine than generic.

I know. I tried opening a ticket, but it told me I must wait 2 seconds, then 30 seconds, then 26 seconds... I attempted to open a ticket several times to be compensated for my $ since I am on a week trial... Any assistance Tony? Thanks in advance =)
