Crashes and DB closing D3

So ive always had problems with disconnects since i started using DB. NotificationOK usually did its job and kept the bot going. After i upgraded to .155 the crashes/discons have become much different. Firstly DB seems to click on an error message and than close out diablo 3 altogether (happens the most). The other one that happened left me with a screen to send blizzard a message about what i was doing when i crashed i quickly cancelled out of that screen lol. Last but not least DB seems to stop responding sometimes. Usually when i first start it up. Restarting my computer usually fixes the issue. Attached is a picture of the screen that came up with that. I also went through all the logs and couldnt find any text that the bot showed when it clsoed diablo 3 but it looked like this [Time here] Diablo 3 Closed. Bot thread Ended... something along those lines.

Side Note: No other programs but a media player were running during these issues happening. It seems the issue is with dieing mostly. With the new DB my guy doesent respond as quickly as before. Hell stand there getting hit finally die or start fighting and die at last second than come back and will shoot an enemy once or twice than start leaving the game and get killed again. Also when the game is exiting the animation of my DH shooting his bow keeps going but no arrows or damage are shown to any enemies not sure what thats all about might need some looking into. If any more information is needed please ask. Im going to fiddle around with the plugins to see if any of them are the problem. I havent had any issues with them since .146 it was actually running flawlessly on .146. Please any and all help is appreciated.
 
Have the exact same problem. Been running two sessions and everytime i get home from work my DH have crashed while my barb is still runnig (often stuck outside the cellar) but nonetheless one D3 always crash and im not really gonna press send information to blizzard :D

Edit: Currently running only by one plugin at a time, trying to figure out if anyone of them are cousing the problem kinda hard thou since my char hits all the mobs and runs to the hut all the time -.-

I am getting those crashes too, I have no idea what is causing it
 
I re downloaded DB and fixed the crash problem but now it freezes the game.
 
What plugins are you guys running? If were running similar plugins and/or different ones maybe we can cancel some of them out as the problem. Im not sure but the newest patch i think it said something about DB being able to click out errors now so maybe its possibly NotificationOK conflicting with DB if they both do the same thing. Im not 100% sure on that. Can one of the developers pop in and let me know im not sure where to find the patch notes for .155.
 
Running 155 and 160,both crashing and the only plugin i use is agb
 
I'm using AGB and AGB loader and 3 demon hunters, 1 of 3 demon hunters is repeatedly crashing diablo. the same one, every time. the other 2 are fine.

I been having this problem since release, and no one has fixed
 
Exactly the same issues as you guys.

Not sure whether is it plugin or the problem with DB itself.
