Crash when i log in..

Hi Buddyforum support
So ive purchased two starter packs now, with two different codes cause i thought i messed up at first and it wouldnt let me log in. I used the first code to log in, i click log in, and then after 2 seconds it says the .exe stopped working, and it shuts down. After that i cannot use my code, hence why i ordered 2nd time to try again as an administrator, but that didnt work either. What do i do?

I followed the pdf file thoroughly. I will attach my log file, and a screenshot here.

Linked the first log, and the last log i have. The first log has a bit more text, but its the same story.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

So it worked! Great. Now my problem is that i purchased two keys, and tried them both, so now they dont work. Who do i talk to to get new keys? As i already paid for two keys but got nothing for them
