crash on start

my honorbuddy is just crashing on startup sience the new version... stays on loading for a minute then stops working

just the regular "Honorbuddy has stopped working" sign, have also tried downloading reinstalling everything several times, disabled all addons, made expetions to firewalls and antivirus

done that, no change.. any more ideas?

is it possible to take a screenshot of the crash so i can get some idea of what exactly is going on?

iam getting the same crash issue which is on start it appears a box saying send error report i check the ignore this message and continue but ignoring the box makes HB not working

if you have wow set to dx9 mode set it to dx11 mode.
or if its in dx11 mode set it to dx9 mode to see if that makes any difference.

- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the DB installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

after your done restart your pc.

im having same issues... was working fine before update 2 nights ago.. now i cant get passed the startup crash...ill try this...
my windows updated on the same night so something maybe changed then??

when i clicked update honourbuddy... i got a message saying update not complete then a blackscreen then to do it manual... but cant get past crfaash
