Tony when you say clear all settings do you mean just delete the settings folder? Im having a similar issue, unfortunately my hb crashes quicker than I can get a copy of all the errors. I get 2 popups to send errors to hb, and then it completely closes out. the 2 pop up windows for submitting errors are .. 1- Invalid executor used in GetObjectName and 2-Object Reference not set to an instance of object. This is the first time Ive ever ran into any issues other than little bugs here and there. First time Ive ran into loading problems. I have deleted and reinstalled the newest version of hb several times, still with no luck. With and without the settings folder. Any help would be great.

is seems that you dont have the same problem tho

make sure that your wow is running on dx9


do this /run print(GetCVar('gxApi')) open the chatbox in wow copy paste that press enter. If it prints D3D9 ure all good if it says D3D11 you have to open your Config.wtf file and edit this row: SET gxApi "D3D11" Make sure it looks like this: SET gxApi "D3D9"

Thanks for the super fast response Tony, that was my issue on all 3 of my laptops .. They were all set to D3D11. After the change everything is working great once again. Thank you sir

its ok i found the problem helps if i read properly lol. diret x 11 is the problem
