Crash game in Windows 8

Hello, just installed win8, and this happens, it keeps crashing =s

Settings:

32bit
DirectX 9

These 2 messages pops up in the send info thing that i copied. (had issue pressing send button)

"Could not read bytes from 0149BBDE [299]!"
"The type of initializer for 'Styx.Helpers.UISettings' threw an exception"


And wow says:
This app has encount.. bla bla

Windows 8 requires wow to be set to DX11.

if your still having problems after that delete your settings folder.
