Crash game Diablo 3 RETAIL when use DB

I have a Windows 7 x64 PC. Did a fresh install of Battle.net and Diablo 3. Purchased a 1 week license for DemonBuddy, but the game crashes within 3-4 minute of starting the bot.

I so understood to solve this problem it is possible if to reinstall windows 7 on windows 10 ?

currently there is a bug on Win7 machines
