crash at routine window

Hello, i bought a 3 day trial version for some testings but my bot is crashing non stop at the routine window. I know below my posts are many posts like this and i allready did everything like these threads are saying but nothing is working for me.
i deleted all posted windows versions 2008,2010 etc tec and installed them via wizzardbuddy but that didnt even helped

are you on a wireless network ?

Nope clearing DNS doesnt help AS well and yes im on an wireless network

Used HB long time ago on my old PC but on my New p it doesnt seem to work. Dont think its an network Problem

if yes its not working either
