CR not showing up after buying

i bought milz Spriest cr but it doesn't show up on my honnorbuddy. i waited a bit to see if it took some time but still hasn't showed up. i have the email that says it's been paid.

is it showing up in your buddystore account when clicking "My Purchases"?

it isn't showing up in the buddystore nor when i launch HB

e-mail support and let them know whats going on. also if you have a transaction id or anything like that please include it in the e-mail.
