Cpu usage

My Cpu usage is maxing out and I have 20gb of ram and and I7 so there's no way it should be maxing out anyone know why it is doing this and what to do to lower it?

ive noticed my demonbuddy is doing the same thing lately ever since the update for 2.2 i could be wrong, thats just when i started noticing it, they are still working some things out for the new update many things have changed

umm yes it is because as soon as I pause or close demonbuddy the problem magically goes away

I did notice my usage went slightly up, nothing as crazy as what your having though. I went from an average of like 3.1gb used to 4.2gb under performance.
