Cowstats Trouble

Im having trouble connecting to Cowstats with my Iphone. It says Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding, any one know why this is or how i could solve it, thanks .

Recompile Plugins.
You might have the port blocked in Windows Firewall and router.
Google how you unblock/allow ports for Windows and your specific router.
