Hey i recently bumbed in to having a folower with you out in all draenor contents while leveling so i thought why not (in my case as a shockadin) use Holy Prism to heal my bodyguard at the same time do some aoe damage.
ex1. when bodyguard has < 50% hp use Holy Shock & flash heal till >90
ex2. when bodyguard has < 75% & > 50% hp i throw holy prism at my Focus (bodyguard)
ex3. when bodyguard has > 75% hp but has > then 2 enemies on him/her i throw my holy prism at my Focus.
ex4. and when bodyguard has < 50% hp, use Flash Light to heal up to > 90% hp.
Could also be useful for other classses (dont really know) but might be worth looking in to!
would make leveling a shit load easier from 94 - 100
