could not start bot.

So far I have had tremendous problems with this bot. First I buy the 1day trial it gives me the message could not start bot and wouldn't let me try it again. Than I figure I'll just buy the 30days (I mean I'm sure it's worth it) And now still the same problem everytime I try to hit attach it just says "could not start bot!" Hopefully there is a fix for this, otherwise I guess I would just like a refund?

read the posts in the support section about if you DL'd ryftomate via Internet explorer, and make sure to run both in admin mode.
