Could not load file or assembly??

Hey guys, i just reinstalled my honorbuddy, but whenever i enter my serial key and press login, it crashes and says:

could not load file or assembly 'fasmdll_managed.dll' or one of its dependencies. The spicified module could not be found.

i've tried reinstalling the bot 5 times and done pretty much every thing :S dunno what to do about this :S and i can see the file mentioned in the folder please help me out on this
