Could not load file or assembly, same issues are multiple others.

See log attached. Yes, i have tried a fresh install. Yes, i have deleted compiledlogs, and other folders that were suggested in another thread.

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.

Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].
