Never seen this error before. No idea what the deal is.

Trying to run HB on a new computer. Just built it yesterday. Suggestions?

once you have it downloaded, Right Click and click "Run as Administrator"
once thats done installing, restart your machine, and you should be good to go.

delete your Settings folder, and that should do it for you.
