Could not find quest giver.. on ALL toons..

Ok, So maybe I'm a little new to this and maybe I'm doing something which is totally my fault, but every 90+ toon i try to get going, it always tells me:
"Could not find quest giver NPC with ID XXXXX in database"
After reading that I would need to be within 50 yards of the NPC it is complaining about, I go and look up the NPC on wowhead and every time it's a NPC at a beginning area.. which makes no sense as all my toons are at least 90+. Am i going to have to go back to every starting area to get the bot to work properly?

Noone is going to be help you without a log...

It most likely is you started the wrong profile though.
