like the title says i get this everytime, trying to use svn, got a lv 6 priest but refuse to do anything.

A few things to try...
1) Upgrade to the HB-2.0.0.5063
2) Delete the CustomClasses\Fpsware Priest\Class Specific\Settings\Settings.xml file, as its causing exceptions to be thrown
3) Make sure you're on the latest SVN copy of Fpsware's Priest CC

Let's see another log if this doesn't straighten you out.

I'm hoping its the Fpsware CC exception that is keeping the quest from being accepted. If not, you'll have to show us a log that actually demonstrates the problem.

This file (the FPSware priest's configuration) is still causing you problems...

CustomClasses\Fpsware Priest\Class Specific\Settings\Settings.xml​

I don't know why as the message doesn't contain enough information to discern. Did you delete this file, and re-try?

If so, then perhaps you should switch to another priest CC for a while until FPSware can render an opinion on the problem. (He's out for a while due to family issues, but he will be back and here as soon as he can).

Until we can repair the exception, I wouldn't expect the CC to work, or work well.
