Could not create current behavior in quest bot; exception was thrown

I have been trying for hours to fix this on my own. I've tried quite a few different things including:

-Switching to CLU, instead of Singular
-Deleting Cache
-Reinstalling everything: Honorbuddy, Kick's, and Cava
-Made sure that I am in DX9 and 32-bit Windows, with everything running as administrator

As a side effect of being a good little search-function-using, googling forum crawler, I am EXTREMELY frustrated, so I hope you can resolve my issue, seeing as how lots of people seem to be either currently reporting experiencing this issue or have in the past.

EDIT: I don't know if you guys are being DDoS'd or what, but your forums are a nightmare to load. Half the time, I can't get here.

That is the conclusion I had come to, also, but how do I replace it, outside of reinstalling everything? I've never seen a place where I could download those individual files. Also, SVN Updating was to no avail.

if you missing a QB file it means that somehow got deleted from your installation,so you have to reinstall Hb

or if you are on Kick's profiles you have to copy it from his svn

As you can see in my original post, I did that. And to clarify, I did it SEVERAL times. The only other thing I tried, and couldn't manage to figure out how to do, was to download the individual file from the repository where Kick's and Cava is stored. All it showed me was code, which I guess I could copy into a notepad file and save with the extension .cs, but wasn't sure if that would work.
