Could not connect to the server!

I'm in south Korea. last week it works alright..

but 2days ago dont work at all with this message

No the issue is still occuring intermittantly. It is saying "Cannot connect, then trys to unstuck, then cannot connect, then connects for 10 seconds, then cannot connect, then tries to unstuck, then cannot connect, then tries to unstuck" keeps doing this over and over
