Could not connect game servers

Since more than 24 hours now, I can't connect with my PTC account, and when I'm checking on this website to look at server statuts : Is Pokemon GO down or not?

It clearly says "no data" for PTC europe server statut, does that mean PTC servers are down ? since the new update, it's been like 4 days i can't use the bot ^^'

have u went to the PTC account and see if they force u to change your password yet? they did it to me on mine out of the 3 accounts i have 2 are now working but 1 is still not working

Well as i see i can still log on my PTC account, my password is already updated, and seeing the website, PTC accounts (for EU) are down, so we need to wait them to be back online...

Looks like it COULD be related to the login server issues. However it could also be a potential ban.. I suggest leaving that account alone for a little while, at least until their servers get some proper maintenance, and then try again after that. For now, start up a fresh account

I didn't bot on the game since 5 days now, so if it's a ban I don't understand, and when i'm watching in servers statuts, Europe PTC is down, so i'm waiting

oh okay so PK Go servers are unstable then thanks for the info

They have been, but it could also mean the error of death, unfortunately until the servers stabilize, it is very difficult to sort out bans from authentication errors from Niantic servers.
